Terms & Conditions
Provisional
booking will be accepted by telephone but must be confirmed within
7 days by the receipt of a £200 deposit
The
balance of your holiday must be received 4 weeks prior to the start
of your holiday.
Please make all payments by cheque made payable to S. de Beer
For bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival the full amount must be
paid.
We
advise guests to take out holiday cancellation insurance as repayment
of money paid in advance will only be returned if the accommodation is
re-let.
The
barn is only equipped for a maximum of 6 people. All names
must be given at the time of booking. The hirer must not sublet
or share the accommodation except with the persons named. The hirer
must not exceed the number of occupiers named at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to terminate the hire agreement without notice or
refund if at any time the number of occupiers is exceeded.
All
furniture, furnishings & equipment
must not be removed from the property.
Please
leave the barn in the same condition as when you arrived. Any
breakages, damage or abnormal cleaning needs must be paid for.
We
would like to advise you that this is a non-smoking property. Anyone
found smoking inside the property (on the patio is fine) will be asked
to leave without notice or refund.
The
living accommodation in the barn is situated on the 1st floor to make
the most of the lovely views. Because of this design we have an 'open
plan' staircase as a feature.
The
tenancy created by this agreement is a holiday let within paragraph
9 of part 1 to schedule of the Housing Act 1988.
The owners will not be held responsible for any accident, injury, loss
or damage to any member of his/her party, visitor, or their property
however caused.
Period of hire
The barn will be ready for occupation from 2pm on arrival day (Saturday)
Vacation will be by 10am on the day of departure.
